Kat just got home from her 4 Month Checkup and her Vaccines... she's snoozing now, but if last time is any indication she'll nap for an hour or so and wake up completely inconsolable. Wish us luck. She was so sweet to the nurse, smiling and pulling on her stethoscope- then it was angry baby time. She only cried for about a minute until Momma held her and started crying, that made her stop. Yes I cried, just a little. I hate seeing my little Muffin in pain. Poor Tim didn't know what to do, he doesn't like either of us crying.
She weighs 14lbs 6oz (75th percentile) and is 24 and 3/4 inches long (50th percentile) so we're pretty average. She's perfectly healthy. Dr Das was impressed when we tried to sit her up and put her shirt on her and she just stood up instead of sitting there.
So we're hunkered down for the day to cuddle the peanut... poor baby! I hate Vaccine Day!
